Dog Walks Always End in the Pub

Joe Knows This Lane Leads to Home
Cutcrew Lane and the surrounding areas are overflowing with wild flowers, from Bluebells to Buttercups, Foxgloves to Honeysuckle, it’s a delight to the nose, as well as the eyes, and makes dog walks a treat for both owner and animal.

The View Over the Paddock from Hendre’s Decking
The Gardens of Moor2Sea Cornwall are maturing well and bursting with colour, there’s something new coming into flower almost daily. The sunshine and light spring showers in recent weeks have meant the grass is also growing in abundance, which makes us wonder whether we continue spending hours on the lawn mower or opt for what is definitely my favourite option…a goat!

The Man of the House and his All Time Favourite Toy
As a family of dog-lovers we also have our own bundle of fluff called Joe. He’s a 4 year old Working Cocker Spaniel, with a never-ending supply of energy, ready to be walked day or night, come rain or shine. With a beautiful round trip walk on our door-step, and the half way stop off being our award winning local pub, The Rod and Line, its impossible to refuse him a walk.

Mouth-Watering Chilli Crab Claws at The Rod & Line
The Rod and Line has been named in the ‘Top 10 Pubs in Britain‘ by The Guardian, and appears in the ‘25 Pubs You Must Drink in Before You Die‘ by BuzzFeed. The food is outstanding, and there are regular top quality local bands drawing in people from far and wide, as well as your regular Tideford locals.
There’s still some availability in the cottages over the run-up to June, so don’t hesitate to contact us for further enquiries.
